This is a great way to introduce youth to the sport of triathlon, to develop coordination, endurance and improve confidence. Whether you are a beginner or competitive athlete, we can help you gain the skills and fitness required to complete or be competitive in your next triathlon.

We will follow the Triathlon Canada Long Term Athlete Development model and Kids of Steel guidelines, focusing on the fundamentals of each discipline, as well as PARTICIPATION and having FUN!!
