Fall and winter Training days

YOUTH & JUNIOR FALL WINTER TRAINING DAYS / 2016-2017

What: Three 2 day training sessions built to prepare you physically and mentally for the upcoming season. Come spring time, you will be able to make a smooth transition to outdoor training.

When: November TBA, January TBA & February TBA

Who: This program is open to all athletes between the ages 12 to 15 yrs. old.
