Fall & Winter Mini Camps


Fitness Dynamics offers, Three ? 1 day Training Days to all adult athletes.

The goal is to prepare you physically and mentally for the upcoming season. In the spring, you will be able to make a smooth transition to outdoor training.

Training days are held on Saturdays; November, January and February dates TBA.

Camp Outline

Brick – bike and run ? Louis-Riel Dome/ Time: 1pm to 3pm.

Bring your own trainer. We have 2 available for rent (please reserve it in advance) or you can purchase one through Fitness Dynamics. Some strength and core work will also be part of the session.

Swim ? Carleton University Pool/ Time: 4:30 pm. to 5:30 pm.

These sessions will teach you how to deal with adversity and to maintain focus while swimming in packs, which at times can be chaotic. They are designed on a 3 session progression. Sessions will benefit beginners as well as advanced swimmers.

Aspects covered during sessions:

• open water tactics
• sighting
• group swimming and mass start
• drafting

A Triathlon Ontario membership is required to participate. A yearly membership may be purchased through the Triathlon Ontario website or you can purchase a day license at the cost of 6$ (done during the registration process).
