The regular practice of a sport and repetitive movements can be tiring for the body over time. A balance between effort and recovery is required to prepare your body for the next workout. Regular stretching exercises can also help lengthen muscles that have been damaged by sitting in front of a computer for an extended period.

This session offers a series of stretching exercises to relax the muscles, increase flexibility and improve recovery after an intensive workout to maximize your potential. It particularly targets swimmers, cyclists, and runners but, all are welcome.

This online workout is offered on Thursdays from 7:10 to 7:40 pm.

Cost: $12.00 per session pay as you go, or $35.00 for monthly packages bought at the start of each month.
