Fitness Dynamics is offering three training days for all level athletes.
The goal is to prepare you physically and mentally for the upcoming season. Come spring, you will be able to make a smooth transition to outdoor training.
Training days will be held on Sunday, January 12th, February 9th and March 8th, 2020
When and Where
Brick – bike and run at Louis-Riel Dome / Time: 1 PM to 3 PM.
Bring your own trainer.
3 Training Days – brick
Paid upfront, the payment received before Sunday, January 12th.
1 Training Day – brick
Pay at each session.

Before attending your first session with us, please fill-out the participant information form. This form needs to be updated by all athletes once a year.
