Fitness Dynamics aims at maximizing your sporting performances while providing you with a balanced approach to your training, racing and other life commitments.
A Fitness Dynamics plan includes:
- A structured plan built around your time commitments.
- A plan maximizing your training time, while zeroing in on the physiological aspects of your discipline.
- Evaluations of training effectiveness and performance gains.
- A monthly online or in person meeting with your coach to revise where you are at with your training, and regular check-ins when needed.
- A Training Peak account to access your training schedule.
