Our bike and strength online work-out replace our track session. This is an excellent cardio work-out, each strength exercises is followed by a short intensive bike and a recovery period.

Cost: $12.00 per session pay as you go, or $35.00 for monthly packages bought at the start of each month.

First timer participant information
Before attending your first session with us, please fill-out the participant information form. This form needs to be updated by all athletes once a year.
