Fitness Dynamics is offering a bike and run training day in Gatineau Park for athletes of all levels. Please remember to bring all your racing gear, nutrition and hydration you will need for the entire training session.
The goal is to challenge you physically and mentally since races have been cancelled.
Gatineau Park Training Day Session, Saturday, June 12th, 2021
Time: 8:00am – 11:00am.
Cost: $40.00 for the Bike/Run session, or 15.00 for the Run session only.
